first, a little info about how things work around here. each piece of smallthings jewelry comes in a variety of styles and colors, giving you the opportunity to help out in the design process a little, and ensure that you find the piece that suits you best. with literally hundreds of combinations possible, each piece is custom made to order, just for you. please see below for information about order placent, shipping and returns.

order placement

• online
all online orders are processed using paypal. payment may be made with visa, mastercard, american express and e-check. to make a purchase, simply select your style and color, and hit the "buy" button. when you’re ready to checkout, just click the "view cart" button to proceed with payment.

• mail order
don’t want to pay with a credit card? no problem. we accept checks and money orders as well. to pay with a check or money order, use the shopping cart to assemble your order, and print out your order page before proceeding with payment. be sure that you have included shipping fees. mail your printed order with a check for your total to:

because everything here is custom made to order this means you might have to wait a bit for your jewels. orders are generally shipped 2-4 weeks from the order date. thanks for being patient.

• domestic
domestic shipping is $5.00 per order.
all domestic orders are shipped via usps priority mail. paypal will calculate domestic shipping and add it to all online orders.

return policy

all sales are final.
if you find some thing wrong with your order, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of receiving it so we can figure out the problem and send a replacement, if necessary.
